1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website oakferrow.com and any booking services or scheduling features offered through it (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking, scheduling, and client responsibilities

When booking, you must provide accurate information required to confirm the appointment. You are responsible for following the instructions you receive in advance and for disclosing relevant contraindications, limitations, and aftercare requirements related to the booked service.

If you fail to disclose contraindications or provide accurate information, you accept responsibility for any negative consequences that may result from such non-disclosure, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may be required to cancel or reschedule within a reasonable timeframe stated during booking. If you do not attend the appointment or cancel too late, the Services provider may limit your ability to book future appointments.

The provider may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to force majeure, operational reasons, or changes that make fulfillment impossible or unsafe.

4. Rules of use

You agree not to misuse the website, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. You also agree to respect the rights of the provider and other users.

5. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any inaccuracies in information you provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

6. Identification information and e-commerce disclosure (UA)

For online remote consumer contracts, the seller discloses its identifying information (name and address/registration details) clearly before the contract is concluded. This requirement is based on Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 17.

For e-commerce, the provider ensures stable and direct access on the website to basic identification details. This requirement is based on Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII, стаття 7.

7. Personal data

If the Services collect or process personal data (for example, in booking or lead capture), such processing is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian personal data protection rules and includes a lawful basis and/or consent where applicable. This requirement is based on Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

8. Language and consumer information (UA)

Information provided to consumers about goods and services complies with Ukrainian language requirements, and the mandatory scope provided by consumer-rights law is not reduced if other languages are used. This is based on Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII.
